I ordered designers choice- when we received the flowers we were very disappointed, ( 2 roses 6 carnations) we called the shop and explained must have been a mix up. The manager helped immediately and they sent a new bouquet same day. We were very happy they corrected the problem. We will continue to buy flowers here. Thanks again.

This was the best flower arrangement I ever received. The flowers lasted for nearly 3 weeks! Usually the roses are the first to fade, but they lasted for nearly 2weeks.

I was shocked at how diligent Floral Arts was to get my flowers to me. My mother in California ordered a bouquet for me and was adamant they contained my favorite flower which had to be special ordered. They came to my work on a Monday, much to my surprise, and were absolutely gorgeous! Everyone who came in said how amazing they smelled. I was also gifted a variety of chocolates which were also amazing and high quality. Overall extremely satisfied with the experience and highly recommend Floral Arts of Flagstaff!

My daughter just graduated from NAU and I wanted to surprise her with some flowers. I received a video message back from her after receiving her beautiful bouquet and I can't tell you how excited she was to get them!!! The bouquet was absolutely BEAUTIFUL, the balloon said Congratulations, and she LOVED the chocolates! The flowers were special order because I HAD to include the Bird of Paradise flowers for her which made it extra personal. Excellent arrangement specific to my sister's request of pink and green. The delivery person was so friendly and as excited as I was in getting the flowers! My sister is in Alaska. It was my wife's Birthday and I ordered flowers for her. The flowers were delivered but no balloon or card was with the flowers I called and was told they would refund the money for the balloons but never received the refund I would not recommend Floral Arts for anything the surprise for my wife was not very good.
